This past July, Emily represented CrossFit London at the Ontario CrossFit Challenge held in Toronto and placed 1st overall in the Women’s Rx Division. She has her sights set on Regionals coming up in May, and after that, the CrossFit Games in California. Good luck to Emily from all her friends at CrossFit London!
