"I have always thought myself to be somewhat fit. Whether it was weight training and running or attempting an Adventure race. Nothing has ever come close to the success I've experienced with Crossfit. I have over 5 years of teaching and instructional experience with the Canadian military. It is my goal is to incorporate the best training principles and hands-on instruction into a simple, easy to use, yet very effective program. I train the body as a whole piece, to produce powerful athletes."
