Canada Day Long Weekend Workouts

Workout #1

Warm up:
- 400m easy jog
- dynamic legs and arms
- hamstring and calf stretches

Workout:
8 x 200m sprint
Rest double the time it took you to sprint
Start at 75% and work your way up to max.

Workout #2:
400m walking lunges for time.
