Fight Gone Bad – Sunday September 23rd, 2012!
CrossFit London is excited to announce our 2nd annual
FIGHT Against Prostate Cancer… Gone Bad!
On Sunday, September 23rd, 2012 at 9:00am, CrossFit London will host Fight Gone Bad – a 15-minute CrossFit fundraising workout, with 100% of proceeds donated to the Prostate Cancer Centre at London Health Sciences Centre.
You can register to complete the workout individually, or as a team of 3 in a relay. Each team member will complete one full round of the workout, for a total of 3 rounds.

(Rx weights are listed as women’s / men’s)
3 rounds – As many reps as possible in one minute each of:
Wall Ball (14lbs / 20lbs Rx)
Sumo Deadlift High Pulls (24kg / 32kg Rx)
Box Jumps (20″ Rx)
Push Press (25kg / 35kg Rx)
Row for total calories
1 minute rest between rounds.
Your score is a total of all 3 rounds – one point is given for each rep of each exercise, except on the rower where each calorie is one point.
We will provide details on scaled divisions soon, so that everyone has a chance to participate!
Individual athlete: $20
Team of 3 athletes: $60
