Our FREE WORKOUT session is a complimentary training session at the gym where you will have the opportunity to work with a coach and try a regular CrossFit London All Levels Class at no charge. This is a no-strings-attached offer; come on in, give one of our CrossFit group classes a try, and see if you like it! Instead of being dragged into a sales room, your hour at CrossFit London will be spent with a coach personally assigned to help lead you through our warm-up, help you practice the skill work for the day providing lots of instruction on good technique, followed by the completion of an unknown CrossFit workout.

You can book your FREE WORKOUT by yourself, or bring a friend along with you any time we offer an All Levels Class (see schedule here). We welcome individuals of all abilities at our gym: men, women, big, little, old, young, strong, weak, fit or sedentary, your appointment with one of our coaches will ensure our program is challenging yet achievable when you show up.
