Long weekend workouts

Just a quick reminder that we will be closed Today and Monday…

It’s Rib Fest this weekend, so have fun to the people going… but on a side note (a full rack of ribs is aprox 2000 calories) that’s basically a full marathon of work for a 130lbs athlete to burn that off… 1/2 marathon at 200lbs

Remember that you can’t out train poor nutrition.

Workout #1

Running warm-up: dynamic leg warm-up, 3 sets of 100m sprints at 60%,70% and 80%
recover completely and do whatever other stretching is needed.

Run one minute, power walk one minute for 10 minutes to cover as much ground as possible, run continuously back to the start position. Record time it takes you to get home and total distance.

Finish with 50 meters of walking lunges.

50 flutter kicks
20 diamond pushups
15 bench dips

30 Donkey kicks
20 squat jumps
5/5 pistols

50 flutter kicks
